Yes! Every single bar of soap and jar of body scrub is handcrafted daily by our local artisans right in our Soap Makeries.

Do you use harsh chemicals or detergents?

Never. We pride ourselves on being plant-based. Our products are free from harsh surfactants, detergents, and parabens, making them gentle on your skin.

How long does shipping typically take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is handcrafted and packed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team and we will make it right.

Can I customize the scent of my products?

Absolutely! We offer scent customization in-store. For online orders, we provide a wide variety of our most popular signature scent combinations.
